They are washable, and freezer safe.The cover is great, I use it whenever I can, but of course some of my bowls just aren’t the right size to work with it.I love the breadbag in theory, but functionally haven’t found much use out of it. I love the beeswax coated fabric instead of using disposable plastic all the time. I love that they’re freezer safe because I usually freeze my bread. But my big issue with this is that I found it too bulky. It’s big enough to easily fit a loaf and have lots of extra room, but not quite big enough to comfortably fit two loaves. So I’ve got a lot of wasted space in the bag, and the fabric is thick and stiff with the wax, so I can’t neatly fold the excess fabric underneath, and it ended up just taking up way too much space in my freezer.Might work as a countertop bread bag, but we don’t go through bread enough to keep it out, we usually always freeze it to keep it fresh.I do really like these, I just wish the breadbag worked better for me. Overall they seem like good products, other than my excess bulk issue with the bag.
